This data sheet describes the minimum requirements for design, fabrication, testing, and documentation of 5 kV class, three-phase, high-resistance grounding systems for use on 2.4 kV and 4.16 kV delta or wye systems installed in nonclassified areas, as discussed in ELSGS07 - Design and Fabrication of High-Resistance Grounding System (1 to 5kV).
